Mary KowalSelling My City Since 1983Born in Italy, and raised in Vancouver since the age of 7, I have chosen to continue living in this beautiful and vibrant city. The love for my country of birth remains and I keep my Italian fluent by staying in touch with the Italian Community.
I have lived in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver for 35 years where I have access to the best that the city and It´s wonderful surroundings can offer: mountains, oceans and multicultural areas which give the city a world-wide reputation for, not only it´s beauty, but richness of human diversity.
With 12 years of banking experience, primarily in Personal Loans and Mortgages with RBC, I extended my knowledge of financing and personal interaction with the public into a successful transition in Real Estate in 1983. My Real Estate experience has been extensive. During my first 10 years as a realtor, I worked closely with developers in land assembly and marketing of strata properties. I continue to be most active in re-sales of condominiums, townhomes and detached houses.
My experience, combined with outstanding negotiation skills and a thorough knowledge of the Vancouver market, enables me to offer you the highest caliber of advocacy, guidance and assistance.
